Background on the people involved:
Our HOA is governed by the Board and various Committees. These are homeowner volunteers.
The Board hires a professional HOA management company named Community Management Services (CMS).
CMS uses a CINC web portal (not this website) to provide online services, such as online payments, meeting minutes, and maintenance work orders.
CMS coordinates with other vendors (landscaper, handyman, etc) who provide on-the-ground maintenance work for the HOA.
If something breaks, please report to the Community Management Services (CMS) by one of the following methods:
